WebI am 30 and also taking trileptal. Unlike everyone else it is not the worst drug in my opinion. I believe lamictal side effects are much worse. Anyways, I have gotten serious headaches until my dr lowered my dosage (600mg bid), nausea, confusion, and the main one I've noticed is mood swings.
